The Hari Kebab Loyalty Program is a point-based rewards system for purchases, offering you exciting benefits! You can earn loyalty points and redeem them for Hari Kebab food and drink coupons. You can also advance through customer tiers, unlocking even more coupons with your purchases.
How can I join?
1. Click the link below: https://harikebab.ugyfelkartya.hu/regisztracio
2. Install the app on your desktop/phone (Android, iOS) for easier access to the Loyalty Program! (optional)
3. Click on the Registration tab!
4. Enter your details and answer the questions! We need information about your previous discounts to determine your starting customer tier.
After registration, you will receive a welcome email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email for any reason, please check your SPAM folder. If it’s not there, contact us at info@harikebab.hu, and we will resend the email.
5. You can then log in to view your Virtual Card, current customer tier, spending, coupons, periodic surveys, Card Regulations, Data Management Policy, and contact information.
Only individuals aged 16 or older can join the Loyalty Program!
What are customer tiers?
We have 4 different customer tiers you can progress through: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and VIP. You must spend 25,000 HUF within 2 months to advance to the next tier.
What happens if I spend 25,000 HUF sooner than 2 months?
As soon as you reach the 25,000 HUF spending threshold, you will immediately advance to the next tier (except for the VIP tier, where maintaining this spending is required). You can even advance multiple tiers at once. The 2-month spending period resets from the date you enter a new tier.
Can I lose my tier?
If you don’t reach the 25,000 HUF spending threshold within 2 months, you will drop down one tier.
How can I collect points?
Show the QR code on the back of your virtual card on your phone, which our cashier will scan. Then place your order, and for every 100 HUF spent, you’ll earn 1 point on your card. You can redeem your collected points for coupons, which can be found at https://harikebab.ugyfelkartya.hu/ or in the app. Points are collected on all items (including food, drinks, and packaging/takeaway fees) and are credited based on the total amount of your purchase.
If we cannot scan your QR code due to technical issues, please provide the 13-digit code on the front of your card.
Points on the Loyalty Card cannot be exchanged for cash!
Can I earn extra points?
Yes. Earn 500 points weekly, and we’ll credit 50 bonus points to your card.

How do I redeem my points for coupons?
1. Go to the “Coupons” tab.
2. Under the “Available Coupons” button, purchase the coupon you want. The system will automatically deduct the corresponding points from your Balance. (This step can even be done in advance at home and is strongly recommended for faster service.)
3. Click the “Redeemable Coupons” button, and under your selected coupon, tap “Request Barcode.” Show this barcode to the cashier to redeem your coupon
Coupons are valid for 1 year and can only be redeemed once. You can view the coupons available at your current tier under the “Coupons” tab, while unavailable coupons will be displayed as inactive.

Does my card have an expiration date?
Yes. The expiration date is 1 year from your last purchase. If you don’t use your card within this period, your registration and all provided data will be permanently deleted. Unused points and coupons will be irretrievably and automatically deleted. We will send inactivity reminders 6, 10, and 11 months after your last transaction. After three reminders, your profile and points will be automatically deleted, and we’ll notify you. To participate in the Loyalty Program again, you’ll need to create a new user account.
Can I delete my registration?
You cannot delete your registration yourself, but you can request deletion by sending an email to info@harikebab.hu. We will fulfill your request within 30 days. Please include the following details in your email: Full name, email address, and card number.
Can I use my Loyalty Card on Wolt or Foodora?
Your Loyalty Card can only be used in person; points cannot be collected for delivery orders.
What should I do if I find an issue with the system or have a question or complaint?
If you didn’t receive the correct points for your spending, notice an issue with your coupons, or encounter another system error, please email us at info@harikebab.hu. We only accept complaints from the customer or an authorized representative with written authorization. The authorization must be attached to the complaint, signed by the customer. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt and describe the issue clearly. We will respond within 30 days.
You can reach out to us with any other Loyalty Program-related questions or complaints. We are available to respond to emails on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00 and will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
If you disagree with our response to your complaint or if a dispute cannot be resolved, you have the right to turn to the court or initiate proceedings with the Conciliation Board in your place of residence or habitual residence:
